1. Expertise in using Catia V5 and Vehicle Packaging
2. System level understanding of ICE vehicles 3. Understanding of Wire Type & Wire Size selection 4. Fuse rating & wiring harness child part selection 5. Understanding of Vehicle assembly parameters 6. Understanding of EMI,EMC, Transients and impact of same w.r.t wiring harness 7. Team Player, Innovative and learning capability as Soft Skills are required 8. Basic Knowledge of Plastics and sheet metal part manufacturing 9. Trouble shooting and analysis of system level defects 10. Analyse data and generate reports and make design changes for problems observed 11. Testing and validation support at System level and vehicle level testing 12. Completion of Development by meeting Quality, Cost and time targets
