Exposure to automotive engineering and design. Experience & working knowledge on PLM Tools. Preferable experience in ENOVIA PLM 3D Experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team orientation and willingness to learn new skills Experience of automotive plastic product design.Should be capable to handle Seat component development like Frame and Seat trim covers. (Self-driven as well as capable to work with team members) Product knowledge of automotive seating system including Foam, Plastic, Structure, and Seat covers, Comfort Elements, etc. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of design, development, testing (Functional, Safety, and Endurance & Regulatory) & validation of seating systems. Capable to contribute towards optimization and suggest improvements in existing products Localization and testing support to local suppliers Candidate should have strong presentation skills. Awareness of Raw Material / Components / Parts / Assembly w.r.t. localization Homologation awareness Safety / Regulatory standards (ECE, AIS / IS) Hands on experience on DFMEA, DFA, DFM & DFS etc. Experience in full product lifecycle management spanning from concept generation, design & development, product validation (as per global regulation), product launch execution to post-production support.
