Opportunity for RM-West Job Title: Regional Manager West (Solar EPC) Location: Mumbai Experience: 12-18 years Industry Preference: Inverter, Battery Storage, Solar EPC Job Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development for solar EPC solutions in the Western region . Identify and develop strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders. Leverage experience in inverters and battery storage solutions to design and offer optimal solar power solutions. Lead and mentor the regional sales & technical team to achieve revenue targets. Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strategize growth opportunities. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage end-to-end project sales cycles. Key Requirements: Experience in Inverters/Battery Storage . Proven track record in sales, business development, or project management within the solar energy sector . Strong network with solar developers, EPCs, and industrial clients.
