Role & responsibilities Manpower Planning & Deployment. Material Planning, Shop Inventory, Production Planning and Execution for the shift. Target Setting & Meeting the same Co-ordination with supplier and customer for efficient shift operations. Shift Scheduling, Absenteeism Controls Co - ordination with maintenance and central services wrt shift operations. Efficient Operational control of the shift wrt shop control indices in terms of daily work management (PQCDSM) Preparation of daily Production, Quality, Safety, Schedule adherence report with gap analysis & corrective action Monitoring Productivity of Machine & Man Preferred candidate profile Highest Qualification: Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech Total Experience: 3-5 years. Monitoring & adherence of Machine Maintenance Schedule- AM & PM Ensuring daily machine CLITA Ensuring 5s on shopfloor Ensuring Calibration of Tool, die & measurement equipment as per schedule Good communication skills (all read, write & speak) in English, Hindi & Marathi Excellent analytical skills / Proficient in computers and MS office Proactiveness at work /People management skills /Knowledge of safety aspects.
