Job Description

Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for project progress, procurement, financials, and inventory. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Analyze project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization for efficiency. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Work team to retrieve project data. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across multiple platforms. Project Coordination & Compliance Track procurement, inventory, and logistics for solar projects. Maintain records of vendor management, purchase orders, and invoices. Coordinate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth operations. Process Optimization & Documentation Identify inefficiencies in data reporting and suggest improvements. Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for MIS processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards. 2+ years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis , preferably in a Solar EPC or construction industry. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
