Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate within the team and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Ensure the performance, quality, of applications. Write clean, scalable code using COBOL/PL1, JCL programming languages. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of IBM Mainframe zOS, COBOL, VSAM, files, DB2, JCL is desirable Knowldege of Database undamentals Clear written and verbal communication Good analytical and logical knowledge Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
