Qule Pharma Pvt. Limited is looking for a Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team at Kakinada, AP. Role overview: 1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience on Servers and Storage Infrastructure. 2. Must have strong knowledge on Windows Server Operating system. 3. The candidate should have strong knowledge on Windows Servers Security/End user Computing. 4. Should have basic knowledge on Enterprise level VMWare environments. 5. Basic knowledge on Storage SAN, NAS, Storage RAID levels 6. Must have good exposure to backup technologies. 7. Good Knowledge on implementing data security procedures and protection with retention process. 8. Knowledge on Server OS, Patch upgrades and, Desktop/Laptops OS, and desktop firmwares and drivers 9. Knowledge on Cloud technologies will be an added advantage. 10. Awareness on Pharma Related Application Softwares and Regulatory guidelines. 11. Basic knowledge on IP Telephony and device configurations 12. Good Knowledge on Switches, Routers and firewalls and Network configurations for Desktops/Laptops/ Printers/Biometrics /other devices. Communication Cross-cultural communication skills. Conduct regular status meetings. Escalate operational issues to upper level. Ability to work in a team.
