Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Proposal Management : Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of comprehensive proposals for large-scale solar EPC projects. Develop a clear and concise proposal strategy, ensuring that it meets the customers technical, commercial, and contractual requirements. Review and analyze tender documents, identifying key client requirements, compliance issues, and deadlines. Coordinate inputs from internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure the proposal is accurate, complete, and competitive. Collaboration : Work closely with the Business Development, Engineering, and Project Management teams to create customized and compelling proposals that highlight the company’s capabilities, experience, and value proposition. Interface with senior management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and resources. Proposal Writing and Editing : Lead the writing and editing of proposal content, ensuring the information is well-organized, accurate, and persuasive. Ensure that proposals are clear, concise, and comply with all required formats and guidelines. Bid Strategy : Assist in the development of pricing and commercial strategies based on market conditions and company goals. Provide competitive analysis and strategic insights to improve proposal competitiveness. Compliance and Quality Control : Ensure all proposals are compliant with client specifications, local regulations, and internal processes. Conduct internal reviews and quality control of proposals before submission. Post-Submission Support : Assist in post-submission activities, including responding to client queries, clarification requests, and presentations. Coordinate bid clarification meetings and technical or commercial discussions with clients, if required.
