Minimum Qualifications required: - Job Title: - Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter. Experience: - 5 to 7 Years [Should have experience of Staffing Industry & contract hiring] Notice Period: - Immediate or Max 15 Days preferred. Education Required: - Any Graduation or Any Diploma or Any Post Graduation Work Location: - Hyderabad (Madhapur). Workdays: Monday to Friday & Every alternate Saturday is full working day. Roles: This role seeks a strong Recruitment professional with strong client relationship skills able to build recruitment process delivery through self and team working on sourcing, screening, assessing, and positioning candidates to the client. This role needs effective tracking of data, reflecting on the same and management reporting. Accountable for the revenue of the group or portfolio he or she would be handling. Responsibilities: Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit, and follow up to candidate deployment. Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description. Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources. Validating the resumes and submitting them to the Delivery Manager Follow-up on feedbacks with the Delivery Manager for Interview Schedules Set up Interview Schedules, sharing it to the DM, tracking & ensuring the interviews are done. Interact with the candidates before submitting as and when required. Effective candidate engagement and post offer follow-up. Successful delivery of the offered candidates. Effective tracking of data, reflecting on the same and Management Reporting.
