Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, have a good grasp of financial and project reporting, and be ready to contribute from day one in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed Excel-based models and reports for internal stakeholders Coordinate with project teams to track financial performance and ensure alignment with company goals Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries as needed Provide ad hoc financial support as required by management Qualifications & Requirements: Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 01 years of post-qualification experience (fresher welcome) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, dashboards, etc.) Solid understanding of financial and project reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Mysore, Karnataka Note: Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Mode: Permanent / Work from Office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
