Inside Sales Representative Job Summary: Operisoft Technologies is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, engage with procurement teams, IT professionals, and decision-makers, and showcase the value of AWS Cloud Services and solutions. A strong understanding of IT, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Conduct profiling to identify potential leads and accurately target SMB and Mid-Market segments. Extract prospect data using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital prospecting. Arrange meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders for the sales team. Support the sales team by building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Monitor lead generation activities to ensure alignment with sales goals and company objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation to optimize efforts.
