Jaw/Fixture/Tooling/Setting has to be done independently without supervisor Tool offset/ work offset/ proving first article as per given programme First Piece Inspection report has to be filled and maintened as per drawing Must operate two machine as per layout / plan Responsible for improving Efficiency - Operater efficiency upto 90% and OEE not less than 70% Online deburring of component during machine auto cycle. Responsible for handling measuring instruments properly Responsible for controlling consumption of insert, Tooling Responsible for keeping Jigs, Fixture, Tooling in good condition.
