Operator

As an Operator at our company, your role will involve operating assigned machinery or equipment such as production lines, forklifts, and CNC machines. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting routine quality checks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and notifying maintenance when necessary. Your commitment to following safety protocols, reporting incidents or hazards, and maintaining production logs and inspection records will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will be expected to perform cleaning and basic maintenance on machines and provide support to other team members and supervisors as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Operate machinery or equipment as assigned (e.g., production line, forklift, CNC machine). - Monitor system performance and perform routine quality checks. - Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or notify maintenance when needed. - Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards. - Maintain production logs, inspection records, and other documentation. - Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on machines. - Support other team members and supervisors as required. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. - Proven experience in an operator or similar role. - Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics (as applicable). - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. - Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
