Job Description

Job Summary

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machines, assembling products, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards on the shop floor. The role requires following safety guidelines, completing daily production tasks, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform assembly, loading, and material handling as per process instructions.
Monitor machine parameters and ensure proper functioning throughout the shift.
Inspect parts/products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S practices).
Follow SOPs, work instructions, and production schedules.
Assist in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
Complete daily production logs and documentation accurately.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
