Job Title: Back Office Operations Team Leader – International Process Location: Gandhinagar Gift City Experience: 2+ Years (including 1+ years in a team lead role) Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (depending on international process) Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office - 5 days working - 2 way cabs will be provided within 35 kms. Note: If employees travelling by there own then eligible for Transport allowance of 6000 per month apart from salary Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Back Office Operations Team Leader to manage a team handling international processes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing operations teams, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of back office associates supporting international clients. Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance. Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions. Prepare and analyze reports to track team performance and productivity. Drive process improvements and implement best practices. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
