Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Team Lead for a full-time on-site role located in South Kolkata (Work from Office only)this opportunity is only for Kolkata based profiles. The Operations Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members. Other responsibilities include analyzing operational data, improving processes, managing people, and ensuring efficient operations management.
