Job Description

### *Job Title:* Operations & Onboarding Executive (Captains Management) – BestBHK

### *About BestBHK:*

BestBHK is a growing real estate platform that connects tenants and property owners through our on-ground partners called *Captains*. We simplify the entire house-hunting and booking process for both customers and property owners.

### *Role Overview:*

We are looking for a proactive and energetic *Operations Executive* who can handle the *end-to-end coordination between Captains, clients, and internal teams* — from onboarding Captains to managing leads, ensuring bookings, and tracking payments.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Captain Onboarding*

* Identify, approach, and onboard new Captains (real estate partners/field agents).

* Train Captains on BestBHK’s process, app usage, and lead handling.

* Maintain and regularly update the active list of Captains area-wise.

2. *Lead Management & Coordination*

* Receive and assign leads to the right Captains based on location and property type.

* Coordinate with Captains and clients till house visits, negotiations, and bookings are completed.

* Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with both clients and Captains.

3. *Payment Tracking & Closure*

* Monitor the entire booking process till payment is received.

* Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm and record payments.

* Ensure smooth and transparent transaction flow between all parties.

4. *Reporting & Performance Tracking*

* Prepare daily and weekly reports of leads, bookings, and payments.

* Track Captain performance and identify top/low performers.

* Suggest and implement process improvements for better conversion.

### *Requirements:*

* Must be fluent in *Kannada, Hindi, and English.*

* Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

* Prior experience in *real estate operations, field coordination, or sales support* preferred.

* Comfortable working with phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

* Strong time management and multitasking ability.

* Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
