We are a small, dynamic team looking for a key leader to help us scale our impact.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Operations & Marketing Manager to be the right-hand person to our founder. You will be the "COO" of our content engine and daily operations, taking ownership of our digital marketing workflows and managing our support team. This is a crucial leadership role with significant autonomy.

This position is fully remote with flexible working hours, perfect for a self-starter who excels at managing their own time and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire YouTube content pipeline, from supervising our video assistant on edits to writing SEO-friendly descriptions, creating thumbnails, and publishing.
• Oversee and manage our customer support staff to ensure a high standard of service.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across our active Blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and ad platforms.
• Manage the content on our websites, including posting new blogs and updating pages.
• Track key performance metrics and provide a simple weekly report to the founder.

Who You Are:

• You have proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with YouTube and social media management.
• You are a true self-starter, able to take a goal and execute on it with minimal supervision. You don't wait to be told what to do.
• You are fluent in both

  English

  and

  Malayalam

  (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
• You have excellent communication and management skills.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• You are passionate about making a positive impact and are excited to grow with us.
