We are a fast-growing startup transforming the tailoring industry with our on-demand, at-home tailoring services. As Urgentlee scales rapidly, we’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can bridge the gap between operations and marketing — someone who’s equally comfortable managing logistics and crafting marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.


Job Summary

As an Operations & Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in executing daily business operations while also driving Urgentlee’s local marketing and branding initiatives. From managing day-to-day service workflows and vendor coordination to supporting digital campaigns, social media content, and on-ground promotions — this role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to both growth and efficiency.

This is a high-ownership, multi-functional position where you’ll work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to both startup operations and marketing execution.


Key Responsibilities


Operations

  • Oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring timely execution of tailoring and alteration services.
  • Coordinate with tailors, vendors, delivery partners, and customers to ensure smooth service fulfillment.
  • Manage and track inventory of materials, tools, and supplies needed for operations.
  • Support with scheduling, dispatch, and service tracking through internal dashboards or tools.
  • Assist in documentation, data entry, and reporting of operational metrics and efficiency improvements.
  • Handle on-ground logistics such as vendor visits, service audits, or promotional event coordination.


Marketing & Brand Development

  • Assist in planning and executing local and digital marketing campaigns (online + offline).
  • Support social media management — coordinating with content creators, photographers, or designers.
  • Help organize brand activation activities such as pop-ups, stalls, and community engagement events.
  • Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and photos/videos for social media and marketing materials.
  • Monitor marketing analytics (engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency in visuals, content, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local influencers, residential societies, and community groups for collaborations and outreach.


Administrative & Support Functions

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing spends, vendor invoices, and campaign results.
  • Assist with scheduling, team coordination, and internal communication.
  • Support onboarding and briefings for new marketing interns, tailors, or field staff.
  • Help in creating presentations, pitch decks, or proposals for collaborations or B2B opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline (exceptional skills may substitute formal education).
  • 0–5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or startup environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable with local travel across Noida and nearby areas for events or vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented — with strong problem-solving abilities.


Bonus If You Have

  • Prior experience managing social media pages or running local marketing campaigns.
  • Worked in service-based startups or fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google My Business, WhatsApp Business).
