Job Title: Operations Manager - Advertising Agency Location: Multiple Cities (Travel Required) Job Description : We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and execute BTL activations, ensuring smooth coordination of events across various cities. This role requires someone who is organized, hands-on, and capable of managing the logistics and execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with promoters, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery of events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: * Align and manage promoters for BTL activations and ensure their effective execution. * Travel to different cities to oversee and manage event campaigns. * Handle the installation of signages, hoardings, canopies, and other outdoor advertising elements. * Coordinate with vendors for the hire of signages, hoardings, canopies, and printing materials. * Ensure that all logistical requirements, including travel, accommodation, and on-site setups, are efficiently arranged. * Monitor event setups and executions to ensure they align with brand guidelines and client expectations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of campaigns. * Resolve any on-site issues promptly and ensure the event's success. * Prepare reports and provide feedback after each activation and event. Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or event management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site during events. * Knowledge of outdoor advertising mediums, including hoardings, signage, and canopies, is a plus. * Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
