YOJO — India’s fastest-growing marketplace for farmhouse and villa rentals — is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our core team.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage onboarding of new property owners on the YOJO platform.

• Ensure all listed properties meet our quality and compliance standards.

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows, including property updates, booking coordination, and owner support.

• Work closely with the sales, product, and customer experience teams to streamline the onboarding-to-booking journey.

• Bring in operational excellence and process improvements to scale our marketplace efficiently.

👤 Who You Are

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, property management, or hospitality.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Startup mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

• Based in Hyderabad (preferred).
