1. Order Management & Fulfilment

  • Ensure

    of all hampers and gifts.
  • Oversee

    end-to-end production flow

    — from sourcing to dispatch.
  • Track daily order status and share reports with management.
  • Maintain coordination with design, packing, and logistics teams.

2. Vendor & Artisan Coordination

  • Manage relationships with

    local artisans, suppliers, and vendors
