Role Summary :

Own day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring smooth processes, accurate MIS, strong customer experience, and compliance. Drive efficiency, support Sales & Marketing, and continuously improve workflows to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure tasks are executed smoothly across teams
• Create, implement, and improve SOPs to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Review MIS/data regularly and ensure accuracy for decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the operations team; conduct performance reviews and identify training needs
• Conduct regular operations training for sales staff for better quality and process adherence
• Monitor customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Implement and monitor quality control standards across all operational activities
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, vendors, and partners for seamless operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration / Operations Management or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services
