Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kalher. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and optimize workflows, ensure efficiency across departments, and implement strategic plans. Responsibilities also include supervising teams, ensuring compliance with operational policies, managing budgets, improving processes, and collaborating with management to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Operations management skills, including workflow optimization, team management, and process improvement
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in IT, familiarity with cloud-based solutions, and experience with Google Cloud is an advantage
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
• Leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven track record in a similar operational or managerial role
