Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

P&L & Financial Management:

Own the P&L for all residences in the cluster and ensure overall profitability.
Maintain strict control over operational costs.

Customer Experience Management:

Own NPS scores for the cluster and implement projects to enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee delivery of services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security.

Team Management & Training:

Hire Residence Captains and train them to manage operations at each residence.
Mentor and motivate on-ground teams to deliver exceptional service.

Technology & Process Implementation:

Implement new tools developed by the Technology team and ensure effective adoption.
Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to handle demanding responsibilities.
Calm, approachable, and customer-friendly personality.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
