Job Title: Operations Manager cum Sales trainer Location: Calicut Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Best in Industry Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager with hands-on experience in B2B operations or a strong academic background in operations management. The ideal candidate will also have a flair for sales training and a passion for upskilling employees. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize operations processes with practical insights from B2B or academic experience. Conduct in-depth training sessions for employees focused on sales strategies, communication, and performance improvement. Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Design and implement sales and operations best practices within the organization. Act as a knowledge leader in both operations and sales, staying updated with the latest trends and tools. Develop content or training modules tailored for internal use and performance enhancement. Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth. Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in B2B environments or with a solid academic foundation. Proven experience or interest in sales training and employee development. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset. Ability to handle training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring. Preferred Qualifications : MBA or Postgraduate degree in Operations, Sales, or related fields. Prior experience in training or academic roles is a plus.
