The ideal candidate should be process-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple teams and projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Team ManagementLead daily operations across Ads, Marketing, Sales & Support teams.Assign tasks, track performance & ensure smooth workflows.Build and implement SOPs.2. Client Operations (Vastu & Astrology Domain)Understand client needs and coordinate execution across teams.Manage delivery of ads, marketing campaigns, creatives, webinars & courses.Maintain strong client communication.3. Marketing & Ads CoordinationCoordinate with ads team (Meta/Google).Track performance, budgets & reports.Ensure creatives/content are delivered on time.4. Webinar OperationsPlan, schedule & coordinate webinars.Manage backend operations during live sessions.Prepare performance reports.5. Online Courses & LMSManage uploads, updates, enrollments & student support.Coordinate with content teams for videos, PDFs, materials.6. Sales & CRM OperationsEnsure smooth lead flow (Ads → Sales → Webinars → Courses).Monitor sales follow-ups & CRM accuracy.7. Reporting & MISPrepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.Maintain dashboards & provide improvement insights.8. Process ImprovementIdentify gaps and streamline workflows.Implement SOPs & train team members.Required Skills3–5 years in operations management.Experience in marketing/ads/webinar/sales operations.Strong communication (Hindi & English).Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel & CRM tools.Team leadership, multitasking & process-oriented mindset.
