Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage the performance of the operations team by setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Coordinate with clients and manage relationships, addressing all queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Handle collections follow-ups and maintain a consistent process. Ensure that the operations adhere to company policies and regulations. Develop operational strategies to promote customer satisfaction and company growth. Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations, improve inter-department coordination, and foster a positive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Tech or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management, with specific experience in the banking and finance industry. Previous experience with collections follow-ups. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to make sound decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using business software, including MS Office Suite and project management software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
