Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of all soft services including housekeeping, laundry, linen supply, pest control, and horticulture. Oversee maintenance activities such as electrical works, plumbing repairs, carpentry jobs, painting projects, and breakdown repairs. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services related to facility management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular inspections. Monitor inventory levels of consumables and non-consumables items.
