Job Description

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the recruitment agency. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry best practices. Optimize the use of Recruitment Software and CRM systems for better tracking and reporting. Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance business performance. Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and client satisfaction goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures to improve profitability Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Train and mentor recruitment staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.
