Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting in the procurement and coordination of telecom resources and vendor follow-ups. Supporting the monitoring of data center operations and compiling performance data. Helping maintain vendor databases, evaluation reports, and onboarding checklists. Collaborating on daily technical troubleshooting support and documentation. Assisting in managing internal ticketing systems and analyzing recurring issues. Helping design and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). Working with senior team members to track operational KPIs and maintain dashboards.
