Operations Manager (Hospital Administration)

Role Overview: You will be joining Activbase, a leading sports rehabilitation and performance center in Kochi, Kerala. Specializing in Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Athletic Conditioning, and Fitness, our mission is to empower Indian athletes to excel globally while providing top-notch orthopedic rehabilitation services to the community. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the center. - Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. - Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to maintain a high standard of service delivery. - Collaborate with medical professionals, management, and external partners to optimize performance and patient care. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
