Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate branch delivery and operations teams.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle customer orders accurately and manage the complete end-to-end process from booking to delivery and closure.
• Manage customer chats and calls to ensure prompt, clear, and professional communication.
• Update, track, and follow up on leads to support sales growth and operational planning.
• Manage bookings, logistics, and all customer-facing interactions.
• Monitor sales, performance metrics, and inventory using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ensure every customer receives a high-quality, engaging, and seamless gaming experience.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or event management.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Exposure to rental or event-based services will be an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
