Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinating and managing the departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Managing budgets and financial plans, and controlling expenditure.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff members to ensure high standards are met.
  • Regularly reporting to the owner or senior management on business performance.
  • Implementing strategies to increase visibility and competitiveness in the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
