Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations within our Tourism & Hospitality vertical. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day execution, vendor coordination, client satisfaction, and team performance to ensure seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete lifecycle of travel bookings, itineraries, and operations Oversee MICE and leisure travel arrangements—domestic and international Handle vendor negotiations, partnerships, and service-level agreements Lead a team of operations executives and ensure timely execution of travel plans Coordinate with clients for pre- and post-travel support Ensure compliance with industry standards, visa regulations, and travel protocols Monitor client satisfaction and handle grievance redressal effectively Collaborate with sales and planning teams for smooth handoffs and execution Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in travel operations or tourism management Strong understanding of both domestic and international travel processes Prior experience in MICE operations is highly preferred Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills Ability to lead teams, multitask, and manage high-pressure timelines Proficiency in travel management tools, MS Office, and itinerary software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
