Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a BM Operations specialist for a fintech company in Gurgaon and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations management, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and guide them through the home loan/loan against property application process.
Meet and understand customer needs, ensuring timely submission of loan applications.
Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues promptly.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Professional degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR, Training & Development, or Operations.
Strong knowledge of housing loan processes and finance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
