Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing company in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and excellent communication skills.

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operational oversight, quality control, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of railway authorities and corporate institutions.
• Experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
• Qualification: B.B.A, B.C.A, Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.C.A.
