We offer services in CT, MRI, PET-CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography, and Health checkups. BookMyScans is located in Bengaluru, with services also available in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Coimbatore and expanding to most cities in the near future.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site job in Kasturinagar, Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating operations within the organization, including overseeing center partnerships, call quality of Customer Support Team executives. The Operations Manager will also coordinate with senior management and other internal teams to implement and improve organizational policies and procedures, as well as provide leadership and guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• Operations and customer support team management experience mandatory
• Framing call quality documents as per best industry practices and standards
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PPT skills are a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• A bachelor's or master's degree

• Salary : 6-8 LPA + Esops
