Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Company: Barberaa Indias leading Salon Aggregator & Online booking platform

Role Summary:

The operations Manager at Barberaa leads trusted relationships with partnered salons, actively securing best offers, updating salons on new Barberaa features, and handling all queries related to appointments or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship & Offer Management

  • Build strong relationships with assigned salons, regularly communicate to secure exclusive offers and relay new Barberaa updates.

  • Serve as the main liaison between Barberaa and salon partners, fostering collaboration for win-win deals.

Query Resolution & Support

  • Address all queries from partner salons, including technical software issues and customer complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution to avoid business disruption.

  • Work closely with internal tech and customer support teams to resolve issues and propose tailored solutions for every salon.

Salon Onboarding

  • Onboard new salons from sales team-generated leads, ensure seamless integration into the Barberaa platform, and deliver comprehensive training on system usage.

  • Guide new partners through account setup, verifying data, scheduling demos, and coordinating with tech teams for smooth activation.

Appointment Coordination

  • Monitor and assist with appointment completion by reaching out to own set of salons, proactively managing schedules and customer communication to maximize booking success rates.

  • Troubleshoot last-minute appointment issues to guarantee high-quality, reliable experiences for both salons and end customers.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Collect feedback from salons to improve Barberaa’s services and report recurring issues to management for product enhancements.

  • Prepare periodic reports on account health, salon satisfaction, and appointment metrics for internal review and strategy development.

This role is crucial for Barberaa’s growth, combining relationship management, technical problem-solving, and project coordination to build lasting partnerships, support client success, and drive platform adoption.
