Should have a experience in facility management (Housekeeping cum technical division). Handling the HK and Technical staffs working at various sites. Should be able to track them on daily basis and report to the Head office. Conduct training session and enhance the performance of the staffs. Should have a skill to meet up the client for problem solving and proactive enough to tackle the situation for smooth operation. Should know Hindi/Telugu and English to manage staffs and client.
