Company Website link - https://www.arvindenvisol.com/ Role: Operations & Maintenance Incharge Location: Valsad, Gujarat Designation: Associate Manager - O&M Key Purpose of the Job The key purpose is to optimize operational efficiency, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Major responsibilities: Competent to lead the operations team in handling Normal plant operations including start Ups, shut downs and Shift management. Handle Emergency plant operations including such as black outs, tripping, etc. Competent to take decisions for operation related issues on real time basis without jeopardize plant safety. Coordinate with maintenance departments for planned shutdowns & during unplanned outages for taking back in operations within target time. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that system requirements are met To achieve the set performance parameters targets for the plant. To operate the plant without violating statutory and regulatory norms To strictly adhere to safety practices and norms. To guide the control room engineers and operational area personnel in carrying out normal and emergency operation To coordinate with various maintenance departments and other external agencies for plant related jobs. Ensure availability of critical equipment. Erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power plant Educational and Experience Diploma/ B.E. /B. Tech Mechanical/Chemical / BSc. / MSc. Should have 7 to 8 years of relevant industry experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
