Job Description

Roles & Responsibility : System Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components to ensure they are in good working condition. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify faults or issues in the solar power system and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with technical teams for complex repairs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of solar energy systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and identify any drop in performance, taking corrective actions when needed. Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and schedule regular preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns and ensure the longevity of solar systems. Cleaning and Upkeep: Oversee the cleaning of solar panels to maintain optimal energy production, ensuring dirt and debris dont reduce efficiency. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. Freshers can apply Should be comfortable with fieldwork and traveling to multiple sites. Bike is mandatory for commuting to field locations (travel allowance will be provided). Good communication and problem-solving skills.
