Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Set clear objectives and goals for the team, track progress, and ensure timely execution. Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Act as an employee-facing manager, addressing concerns, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team alignment. Lead multiple resources and teams from an operational perspective, tracking progress through daily standup meetings. Lead and coordinate the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage leave tracking and approvals for the non-tech team to ensure seamless operations. Ensure effective team coordination across delivery, content creation, graphics, marketing, and social media teams. Monitor and optimize sales and marketing operations, including tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to secure appointments and support business growth. Handle professional email communication and respond to inquiries efficiently. Take minutes of meetings, track action items to closure, and document overall project status reports. Mentor and coach team members to create case studies for respective projects. Organize and manage project team meetings, recording discussions and ensuring follow-through. Utilize Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack for workflow optimization, resource allocation, and project management. Develop project plans covering tasks, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to drive process improvements. Identify risks and opportunities within projects and communicate them effectively to leadership. Provide strategic input into the planning and execution of business initiatives. Ensure smooth collaboration between teams for effective delivery of work. Conduct regular standup meetings to discuss priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment. Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for continuous improvement. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation and email copywriting when required. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Sales & Marketing Management, or a similar role. Proven expertise in team management, process optimization, and workflow automation. Strong decision-making, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control. Highly skilled in conflict resolution and business negotiation. Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Presentations, etc.) and project management tools like Slack and Asana.
