Roles & Responsibilities: 3+ years of work-ex in the field of executing Corporate events such as Conferences, Exhibitions, Seminars, Workshops, Roundtables & any large format events with the ability to execute the full life-cycle of an event and taking on full ownership of the same Experience of executing be-spoke events, pan-India, by sourcing, coordinating and liasoning with venues / hotels / agencies / 3rd party providers & suppliers, ensuring feasibility of the events as per area / dimensions available and with high-standard of execution Managing the pre-event production and full on-site event set-up for be-spoke events as well as for large scale exhibitions, prior to the commencement of the event Should have experience and working knowledge of on-site management and safety standards for conference and exhibitions Knowledge of preparation and issuance of RFQs to multiple agencies and collation of creative inputs and costs sheets Estimating, negotiating and finalization of budgets as per internal SOPs Tracking and managing incoming invoices and follow-up of payments Ensuring all invoicing is completed with proper PO / PR life cycle and payments are made to vendors and agencies on time Coordination of production of all trophies / awards / collaterals of branding and liasoning with the internal teams and ensuring deliveries are within timelines To provide support to all the internal teams in event management, production, financial budgeting and client deliverables Requisite skill-set Strong connect with pan-India vendors Good written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and strong time management skills with an ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment Should be presentable and articulate and be able to communicate with multiple teams across the board and be able to multi-task + have excellent time management skills Should possess high integrity and moral values Graduate in any field with knowledge of MS Office and basic Photoshop skills Should be meticulous and have an eye-for-detail
