Operations Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Client communication & follow-ups:
• Handle initial calls from leads and share required details.
• Follow up with clients regularly for updates, confirmations, and payments.
• Proposal & Invoice Management
• Prepare and share proposals, onboarding emails, agreements, and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation and track due/cleared payments.
• Project coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, marketers, editors) to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain task sheets and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead & query management:
• Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
• Ensure each lead is updated in CRM/Google Sheets and assigned to the right team member.
• Social media support:
• Schedule posts, upload creatives, and assist in managing daily social media activities.
• Ensure creatives/copies are approved by the client if required.
• Operations & administration tasks:
• Keep records of clients, monthly service details, renewals, and active campaigns.
• Handle coordination for meetings, online calls, and reporting.
• Performance reporting support: Collect weekly reports from the marketing team and share with clients on time.
• Payment follow-up: Track all pending payments and send polite reminders until cleared.
• Client onboarding:
• Gather access (Meta, Google, Instagram, website, and CRM).
• Ensure smooth onboarding for every new client.
• Basic tech & AI tool assistance: Use simple AI/automation tools for updates, form entries, and basic data work.
