Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the Founder's Office in managing key business functions and strategic initiatives. This role provides direct exposure to high-impact projects, investor reporting, sales operations, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Sales Pipeline Management Track, update, and optimize the sales pipeline to enhance efficiency and conversions. Process & SOP Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, document standard operating procedures, and improve workflows across teams. Reporting & Analytics – Prepare investor reports, business performance dashboards, and operational metrics for data-driven decision-making. Strategic Initiatives – Assist in incubating and leading high-priority projects that align with the company’s growth objectives. Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of key processes. Qualifications and Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Fast learner with a proactive and execution-focused mindset Comfortable working with data and reports Prior experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools is a plus Open to fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in business operations Why Join Us?
