TripBibo CRM is a SaaS-based travel business management platform built to empower travel agents and agencies. From leads to bookings, we simplify operations so travel businesses can grow faster and smarter.

Role: Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our partner travel agents and ensuring smooth usage of our CRM platform. You’ll work closely with our operations team to track performance, generate reports, and provide agent support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dashboard and feature training to travel agents.
• Manage and resolve issues reported by agents.
• Generate reports on leads (sold vs. unsold).
• Create agent activity reports (active vs. inactive agents).
• Track feature usability (most-used vs. least-used features).
• Take feedback from agents to improve CRM usability.
• Encourage agents to leave ratings & reviews on Google Business page.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (for reporting).
• Interest in SaaS, travel, or CRM platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
