Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team at Optimists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. This role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to oversee projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and manage camps, including organizing, planning, execution, and follow-up. Oversee the entire lifecycle of camp operations from initiation to report generation and conclusion. Manage invoice segregation and ensure accurate financial documentation. Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) negotiations and procurement from labs. Manage end-to-end order operations, including order bookings and confirmations. Negotiate and oversee the execution of projects to ensure successful outcomes. Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless operational flow. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Provide periodic reports on operational performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
