Operations Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients through timely updates and follow-ups.
• Assist in creating, updating, and managing property listings on the platform.
• Ensure listing accuracy and coordinate with the backend team for reviews and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.
