Job Description

Location: Bhubaneswar (Work-from-Office) Duration: 3 Months (with a possibility of PPO) Stipend: As per market standard We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Intern to support the execution of our day-to-day and strategic operational initiatives. The intern will assist in managing key field-level projects, data management, stakeholder coordination, and support functions related to our marketing and partner onboarding strategies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily/weekly meetings and assist in documentation of action items and updates. Prepare and manage reports, trackers, and presentations as required by the Leadership Team. Handle communication with internal teams and external partners/vendors for timely task execution. Support the onboarding and tracking of e-Clinics across India via coordination with Program Associates (PAs). Validate doctor consultations conducted and assist in processing incentives. Coordinate with Medical Representatives (MRs) to track doctor onboarding activities and maintain structured follow-ups. Assist in implementing B2C offers and promotional schemes across app users and local partners. Maintain and update dashboards for monitoring consultation volumes, e-Clinic performance, and lab operations. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions for better efficiency and accountability. Ensure all SOPs, contracts, and documentation related to partnerships are updated and well-organized. Required Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication in English (Odia and Hindi preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and document tools. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute independently. Eligibility Criteria: Student or recent graduate in Business Administration , Operations Management , Healthcare Management , or similar fields. Prior internship experience in operations or administrative roles is advantageous.
